Network Audit: A technical consultant will conduct a free network audit to catalog network and computer assets. A Network Audit Report will be submitted that will give you insight on your current network's health and outline any SLA shortfalls that will need to be addressed by your company before contract signing.

   
Site Setup: After a contractual agreement is in place, you will now begin enjoying the benefits of TECHCARE. A technical team will install various network and computer monitoring devices to ensure that our data centre can proactively monitor the health and performance of your network. Your managers and designated contacts will be oriented on how best to interact with our team.
   
Proactive Monitoring and Response: The TECHCARE Centre monitors your network health, performance and assets 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When SLA thresholds are reached, an on-call engineer takes immediate action to investigate and correct any problems that may have arisen. All incidents are tracked in our Ticket Management System which can be reviewed by you by simply logging into our website. Periodic reports that detail incident history are delivered and discussed with your company's designated contacts.
   
Helpdesk Support: Using a toll-free number, designated contacts at your company may wish to call our TECHCARE Centre to ask questions, resolve problems, request configuration changes or request onsite support. An experienced technical router receives your call and creates a ticket for your reference. The router then channels your request to an engineer with the skills appropriate for your support request. In most cases, the problem or configuration change request can be handled through the use of remote access tools. In certain situations, an engineer may be sent onsite.
   
Network Expansion: As your company grows, INDUS SYSTEMS will make its TECHCARE team available to assist you with adding new servers, upgrading operating systems or deploying specialized devices and applications.
