Rafi Mustafa, CEO
Rafi Mustafa got his Ph.D.
from the University of British Columbia in 1970. He entered
the field of computers during the 60's and has followed
their growth over the last four decades. During his early
career his research in computers was mainly scientific and
he published 19 research papers in the field of chemical
physics. His academic career spans over four continents
and includes research and teaching assignments at the Univesrity
of Leicester (England), Univesity of Sind (Pakistan), Univesity
of Khartoum (Sudan), Univesity of Toronto (Canada) and University
of Windsor (Canada). He established INDUS SYSTEMS in 1986
and since then he has been interested mainly in business
systems. His extra-professional activities include volunteer
work with several charitable organizations. He is the past
president of International Development and Relief Foundation.

Shahzad Mustafa,
President
Shahzad graduated from McMaster
University in 1992. He is the senior consultant and is responsible
for analyzing client needs, preparing proposals and ensuring
that projects are completed. He specializes in messaging
products such as Microsoft Exchange Server as well as database
and client/server programming with Visual Basic, SQL Server
and Access. Shahzad also provides training to corporate
clients.

Amer Mustafa, Vice
President, I.T. Solutions
Amer
joined INDUS SYSTEMS in 1994. He worked his way up INDUS
training division beginning as an instructor and then moving
up to developing and managing industry-leading training
systems in hi-tech learning. From there he moved into INDUS
consulting and solutions division bringing with him a rock-solid
foundation in the intricate details of systems solutions.
He currently heads up the IT Solutions department, bringing
together staff and know-how to manage the network infrastructure
of our clients. He also specializes in ERP and CRM solutions
based on Sage ACCPAC technologies. Amer holds a B.Sc. in
Microbiology from the University of Toronto.

Rakesh Singal, Account
Executive
Rakesh holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and started
his career in 1997 managing customer-engineering projects
encompassing all engineering deliverables, define and configure
customer requirements and ensure timely implementations.
He identified and developed new accounts in North American
/ Asian markets.
Rakesh manages all aspect of client relationship, contracts,
proposals and is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction.

Nishit Patel, Senior
Software Engineer
Nishit
Patel joined INDUS SYSTEMS with 10 years of experience in
software development using Visual Studio 6.0, Visual .NET,
Turbo C++, Clipper and Foxpro using different backends SQL
Server, Access, MYSql, Xbase and VFP Database. He has technical
expertise in smart card technology, ePOS, and embedded system
development. Currently he handles programming at INDUS including
customization of Accpac, Maximizer Enterprise and development
of SYNDi Mortgage Manager. Nishit holds a B.Sc. degree with
major Zoology from M.S. University, Vadodara, India.

Dorin Tudorica, Senior
Accpac Certified Consultant
Dorin has a Masters degree in Technological Systems Engineering
and Management from Bucharest Polytechnic University. As
a Certified Consultant in Sage Accpac ERP, Project and Job
Costing, Sage Accpac ePOS and Sage Accpac Insight he provides
strong customer support in Accpac-related areas. Dorin possesses
a solid background in analysis, design, development and
deployment of database servers, web applications, ERP and
security products.
7.
Joseph Anthony,
Network Support Analyst
Joseph
is the main point of customer contact for network and systems
support issues. With over 12 years of experience in network
and desktop support, he brings to our team special expertise
in the areas of server management, network security and
monitoring, and systems change management. Jospeh is a Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineer, a Certified Novell Engineer
and a Citrix Certified Administrator.

Fatima Mustafa,
Chief Financial Officer
Fatima graduated from the University
of Karachi in1966 and has spent the last 20 years in accounting
and financial control. She has been a part of the INDUS
Team since its inception.

Paul Bath, SYNDi
Group
Paul began his financial career
with a major Canadian bank and earned his Fellowship designation
from the Canadian Institute of Bankers during his service.
In
1991 he formed his own Mortgage Brokerage firm, and has
built a successful and well-known practice over the past
22 years. Over the years, Paul has grown his Private Lending
practice to the point where future growth of his business
will be predominantly in private lending. Paul is an authorized
instructor for Mortgage Financing for the Ontario Real Estate
Association, and co-author of three mortgage agent's texts.
He is also the past president of the Independent Mortgage
Brokers Association of Ontario. He heads MortgagExec Ltd
which distributes SYNDi, the mortgage management suite developed
by INDUS SYSTEMS.
10.
Larry Sikorski, SYNDi
Group
Larry
has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1972, and
received his Chartered Financial Planner's designation in
1998. He is also a Licensed Life Insurance Agent. Larry's
first career spanned 36 years with Armadale Co. Limited,
a diversified company with holdings in radio and TV broadcasting,
newspaper publishing, auto retail, property development,
flight training, and airport facilities management. After
taking early retirement in 2003, Larry joined Centum Hewmac
to provide management, administrative, and marketing support.
He is the past president of the Newmarket Lions Club. His
professional affiliations include; Society of Management
Accountants of Ontario, Financial Planners Standards Council
of Canada, and Independent Financial Brokers of Canada.
Larry provides front-end support for the SYNDi markeing
team at MortgagExec Ltd.
