INDUS
SYSTEMS is currently expanding its sales force to meet the growing
demand in network support. We are seeking experienced sales professionals
who are highly motivated self-starters to offer TECHCARE
to new clients.
TECHCARE
is a round-the-clock managed IT service that INDUS SYSTEMS offers.
Using TECHCARE,
customers have their computers, servers and network devices monitored
24 x 7 and when problems occur, our team of IT experts provides
quick and effective remediation efforts.
Our
sales cycle typically involves cold calling, mailing marketing literature,
booking appointments by phone or through networking, visiting prospects,
conducting needs analysis, making presentations and closing sales

| Qualifications |
| |
|
We're
looking for sales professionals who:
- have
a proven track record in prospecting and closing sales;
- have
excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- have
at least two years experience in sales and account management,
preferably in IT environment;
- are
extremely comfortable with Microsoft Office and Customer
Relationship Management applications;
- have
the energy and drive to exceed sales targets, and have a
true "true hunter" attitude;
- are
self-starters, and able to work and think independently;
- are
interested in working in a fast paced, start up environment;
- have
the ability to plan and maximize personal sales activities
including phone calls, meetings and proposals;
- have
strong persuasive skills and the ability to communicate
and educate prospects by phone and in person;
- can
help develop better sales processes and be committed to
a process of continuous improvemen

| Responsibilities |
| |
|
Your
primary responsibilities would be to:
- build
prospect database using mailing lists, websites and networking
- make
cold calls to set up appointments;
- follow
up on leads;
- visit
clients to make presentations on TECHCARE;
- work
closely with clients and support teams to build long term
relationships and ensure customer satisfaction;
- establish
weekly and monthly budget for forecasting sales to meet
annual sales goals;
- maintain
and manage a growing list of existing and prospective clients.

you will be working in a professional corporate environment and
will be supported by a team of highly skilled technical staff. We

As a sales professional
you will received a very competitive base salary plus generous commissions.

| Potential
Earning |
| |
| You will receive
a base salary of $2,500 per month plus commissions on sales. Hardware
and software sales are normally one-time sales and could range from
$1,000 to $100,000. You will receive a one-time commission on these
sales based on a percentage varying from product to product. Services
such as TECHCARE
are billed on monthly basis and could range from $500-$2,000 per month.These
sales will generate monthly commissions for you and will build over
time. It is expected that you should be making $5,000-$7,500 per month
in salary and commission within the first six months on the job. There
is no upper limit to potential earning. |
