Qualifications
 

We're looking for professionals with the following qualifications:

  • Proven business and requirements analysis skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering in-depth presentations.
  • Experience in business domains such as insurance and accounting.
  • Passion for delivering technology solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills and experience in preparing user manuals and detailed specifications for programmers.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Background in web-based and client/server software development.
  • Very comfortable interacting with corporate clients.
  • Self-starter who is willing to take on responsibility.
  • Strong leadership skills..
  • Dedication to customer service and delivering results.
Responsibilities
 

The specific mandate of the business analyst position is as follows:

  1. Perform intensive business analysis, requirements gathering and documentation CRM projects based on the Sage Accpac CRM.
  2. Help architect software solutions that deliver on customer expectations.
  3. Manage technology and software projects.
  4. Ensure quality of solution delivery.
  5. Prepare documentation.
  6. Deliver training and presentations.
